Micah Points is working with Samantha Cruz on Top Contacts for p-i-n GaN-InGaN-GaN Solar Cells. Micah is visiting from the University of Texas, Austin.

Michael Kuo (ECE student at UCSB) is working with You-da Lin on semipolar (11-22) low temperature p-GaN ohmic contact study and process of LEDs.
